1. Choose your device
Compare Starlink Roam and 4G/5G Mobile Router on our devices page and pick the one that matches where you're headed.
2. Book your dates & pay
Select your rental dates and check out securely with Stripe. You'll pay the rental fee and a separate, itemized refundable deposit.
3. Accept the usage agreement
E-sign our Fair & Safe Usage Agreement — a short, plain-language agreement covering responsible use and device care. Takes under a minute.
4. We ship it to you
Your device ships within 24–48 hours, pre-configured and ready to go. Setup takes minutes — no technician required.
5. Return it, get your deposit back
Pack the device back into its box and ship it back using the included return label. Once we confirm it's undamaged, your deposit is refunded.
